Thank you for your continued attention and support for Huawei FusionSolar products. The NetEco 1000S system was officially decommissioned on June 30, 2026, and you will no longer be able to log in to the NetEco 1000S system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you wish to continue using the cloud services, you can connect your existing devices to the FusionSolar system. If you do not have an account or plant in the FusionSolar system, please refer to the "NetEco 1000S Device Access to the FusionSolar SmartPVMS Guide" to register and connect your devices. After your devices are connected, the FusionSolar system will provide you with better services. Please note that the FusionSolar system will not inherit historical data from the NetEco 1000S system.

If you do not wish to connect your device to FusionSolar, you may choose to stop using the cloud service. The data you have stored on the NetEco 1000S will be deleted within six months. If you wish to export your data, please contact us via email (email address: huaweipartners.sg@huawei.com) before September 30, 2026. Failure to formally send an email by the deadline will be considered as a voluntary forfeiture of the right to export your data.
